Is it safe on the transmission when you add more pressure at the shift points with a tuner my car has about 107000 miles all stock.

Better off doing the Jmod and then adjust the shift pressure to your lucking but most likely it will be at 0% or negative cause too harsh of a shift with a high mileage drivetrain can put stress on a weak part plus draw unwanted attention when just cruising around and tires chirp/bark.

I did the adjusting via tuner on my high mile MM and had no issues.

Shouldn't be an issue, as long as you don't go too high of a pressure.

As said earlier, do a J-mod (which, in the process requires a fluid change [filter is a good idea too]), then adjust line pressure accordingly with your tuner.
