Well boys Ive made my first marauder mistake ! I replaced the brakes with Raybestos pads and rotors (drilled) and instead spending the money on some sorta red caliper. I painted them in high heat RED and it looks *****y for lack of a better term. Can anybody recommend a company that makes red calipers ?

You need to put 3 to 5 coats on there.....let dry between coats and put it on thick...I painted mine and they turned out great.

The only company that makes red calipers is TCE, although you can get black also.

Crappy paint jobs are usually related to the type of paint and the prep done beforehand.

I used a heat gun on mine in between coats. Supposed to cook most of those paints...

I used the tce branded paint for calipers and they turned out excellent. used about four cans of brake parts cleaner and brushed all the rust off.

I used black Dupli-color caliper paint, proper prep, proper application. Still looks good. YMMV

Why anyone would want to have "loud" calipers is beyond me.
Then again I am a subtle pimp......
