06 GT S/C heat exchanger upgrade

Here is one of the good upgrades the GT500 and Shelby cars are doing, I just finished this yesterday on a 06 GT I installed a Vortech water to air kit on last year, I feel this also could be used on the Eaton and Trilogy cars as well.

AFCO DPHEs are nice. Does that come with connector/wiring for the engine bay side hook up? Thermal switch on the fans to auto turn on? Just need to supply power?
