And I may just do that but figure if I had a spare I'd be better off in case I louse it up?? :cool:

Find a local upholstery shop.

The lid and bucket are still available from a dealer.

I would think one from a crown vic sport may fit, also or any panther car with floor shifter ?

Has anyone seen detailed instructions on here that describes how to install the bucket/lid? Also Silversurfer03 might have one he's willing to part with.

Empty out the center console
Pull up on the bucket
Disconnect the power point inside


The lid is part of the assembly, you'll see how it come off once you get it out.
