You must have been on foot.....dont see a reflection of a trailing car....Florida tags in Cali....Some one took a wrong turn somewhere!! :D

Haha actually it's a horrible shot... I brought the camera up so quickly I didn't give it time to focus properly.

I was driving when I took this, but I was pretty far back.
