I was at intersection of Silver Spring Road & Joppa Road at 4:45 p.m. today and spotted Black Marauder. A neighbor of ours???? Okay, 'fess up--who are you, where you from? Inquiring minds want to know:)

My back has been on the fritz for a few weeks so I have been driving the MM instead of the company truck so it might have been me. I work over at Comcast near the mall.
