I have several members and a couple lurkers ask about my ported Eaton. Will someone else post up since I'm the seller and don't want to give what seems to be a high pressure sales tactic to a unknowing buyer. Thanks

PROS:
More flow (= more HP)
Lower IAT temps
CONS:
Louder blower whine
Cost to port Eaton
Had my blower ported (posi performance)
Can't think of any cons. :dunno:
It's a WIN WIN situation! (more power more whine) :banana2:

Iam with Joe. The only Con in my opinion is the blower whine, Thats of course if you dont like the WHINE. Me personally would not be bothered by it. and as Doom said I feel it is a win-win. The Eaton works so much more efficently example Buckwheat got his Trilogy ported and with same pulley he was making 9lbs after port with same pulley he was over 15lbs to me that says it all.
I can barely hear my whine over my exhaust!

Is there any risk of engine failure with regards to internals that cant handle boost? I'm a total noob when it comes to these toys lol

Stock lower end is good to about 475 hp, rods and pistons are the weak links.
Block and crank will handle 500+ hp.

Proven gains in porting the eaton. Don't forget you have max benefit George in that you have a Billetflow single blade TB and plenum which allow much less restriction than the stockers. Together thats a beautiful top end package for someone. Typical real world average dyno numbers (Not the inflated ads) are about 18whp for the ported Eaton and up to 10whp for the tb & plenum. Some have claimed up to 50whp, not across the board mind you, but, it helps. This beauty netted 50hp supposedly:

Yea I know but there are some buyers with doubt. I wanted the potential buyers to have some input from others than from me. Thanks everyone:beer:
