does anyone have or know a spoiler install how to. or should i just buy it look at it then any old how to spoiler install video do. also is ebay the best buy for this

Are you referring to the spoiler that's available from the dealer, I have the installation template for aligning the drill holes. Email me and I'll send it back. Not clear if you already purchased the spoiler...

Sparta (a vendor here) sells the spoiler primed. Just needs paint and install.

joe. thanks for the indepth how to. sadly win i look at that without any words or actual pic buy step my brain just goes raaaahhhhhhaaaaa BOOM. i dont think im going with oem. i found one for 140

You may not be happy with the fit & finish of the non OEM spoiler.

The Ebay spoilers are fiberglass and you can see the grain in the finish along with imperfections and waves on the lip. You'll have to have it sanded smooth before painting and I don't think it would look nearly as good as the OEM one. By the time you are done paying for that, you can get a Ford one from Sparta and just have it painted.
