noticed gas jumped 10 cents overnight, I'm just wondering if anybody has experience runing regular fuel or maybe even mid grade.

Some have the chip/tune programmed for lower octane. However I don't take any chances due to my mod's. Plus, I think lower octane may ruin the cats, not sure though.

You can have a custom tune done, the so-called "bad gas" tune and run the lower octane. When I had my car, I had three tunes I could toggle between if needed. I had Lidio flash an 89 tune just in case I ran into bad gas. I would not suggest using lower octane just to save a couple of bucks.

If you can't afford the fuel, may want to look at alternative transportation.

no problem affording the fuel, i'm just a conservative cheap ass. and I would shoot myself before I sink as low as riding bike or taking a bus. infact I quite enjoy pumping out carbons and helping out with global warming.. it's freakin cold up here.
