Should be able to get from underside or wheel turned all the way out on the side. Fogs are a H1 autoparts store should be able to cross reference the part for ya

you need an h1 silverstar, you dont need to remove the fog, just twist out the old bulb, twist in the new one and your good to go.

Don't go with the Silverstar H1 bulbs, they last about 100 hrs. Go with just the regular H1 bulbs.

I thought it was more entertaining than the raven stepping on the skull (old avatar).
Slickster, just make sure the bulb is seated in the bulb holder and that the bulb holder is locked into the housing.

FWIW, there have been problems with the harnesses that lead to the left bulb. Especially if exposed to severe winter weather. Not a real good job of engineering by Ford.

FWIW, there have been problems with the harnesses that lead to the left bulb. Especially if exposed to severe winter weather. Not a real good job of engineering by Ford. My car is a prime example of this. I haven't dug deeper - I only know that the left foglight harness is in need of some repair.
EDIT: Is the light socket (where the bulb plugs in) available as a stand-alone part from Ford? Or do I have to buy the whole harness? Anyone got part numbers? Not seeing much in my initial search.

I've got hids in my fogs. And lately the left side keeps turning off and I though it was the HID ballast but now I'm guessing it could be the harness. Is there a fix for the left side harness?

I eliminated the harnesses (unnecessary connectors) and hard wired it. Problems solved.

You can take the harness connection apart and clean it with some CRC Electronic Cleaner and then wrap it up in some good electrical tap. I have mine tied up high so less of a chance of getting wet.
