I'm looking for another car to split driving time with the Marauder. I would use it to and from work.
My stipulations are: has to be domestic, have a V8 or supercharged 6 or 4. Can be any years model but should be ready to drive and gas mileage is not an issue. Budget is $4000 (wife).
So far I've been looking at SN95 5L Mustangs and 80's G body muscle.
Thanks.

86-93 5.0 trunk 5spd. If you want a every day beater and cheap and easy to work on that gets 50 mpg get a 90-92 geo metro

Actually, I was looking for an 87 or 88 Turbocoupe. They are definitely getting rarer these days.

I wanted one BAD when I got out of school, but too expensive at the time.
Volvo 240 - get a 91-93 and add a turbocharger to it.

That doesn't meet your own "requirements". It's a plain 6cyl...& FWD!!
With $4k, it's gonna be tough to find something decent. I'd look for 85-87 442, Regal T-Type; 84-88 Monte SS, Z28; 86-93 Mustang GT/LX 5.0.
Good luck!!

Its a supercharged 6. Not too crazy about the FWD though.

Mark VIII or for another Panther forget the P71 and find a HPP equipped Civilian CV or GM.

Manual? That's a rare one, but it has Jag parts. Could be costly in the long run.
