Am I missing something?

I went to change my fog lights and noticed that the passenger side front fender well comes all the way down, leaving a hole about six inches square, but on the driver side, the fender well only comes part way down, leaving the whole area behind the fog light open. I saw some plastic fasteners there but they weren't fastened to anything. Was there supposed to be a piece there to close this area off, or is it open on all marauders?

hahaha.. heres a chance to mess with the Ford dealer parts guy. Call and price out the left side and then ask him for a price on the right side. I can do this cuz I was a parts guy up until late last year.

maybe something to do with the air inlet being on that side????

It's open on all of them... Yup and I hate it because everyone can see my s/c piping thru it
