DTR I85 South in Atlanta today

license plate began with 303, Ga Plates and the drivers side rear taillight was cracked. Was been driven by an older woman that didn't even look at my Marauder or catch up to me when I slowed to try and pace her. It was about 7am this morning just south of Sugarloaf on I85.

I'm thinking someone loaned this to their wife? anyone here? Never seen it before at any of the breakfasts
