Try cleaning the window switch contacts

There is no separate fuse for each window.
If any of the windows work then the fuse is OK.
If one window doesn't work it could be one of the following:
No power to the motor
No power to the switch
Bad switch
Bad motor
Since you've already replaced the motor, I'd check to see if you have power to the switch and power to the motor.

It might not even be a power problem. Another possibility could be that the window is binding up. Very early in "the Marauder years" there was a rash of this happening back in 2003-2005. Problem was misaligned window guides and lack of adequate lubrication in the channels. Mine did this on the passenger side also. Seems to be a common MM, GM, CV problem back in that time period.
Aligning the guides and lubing the channels made the problem go away back then and it hasn't reoccured since.

I have seen window regulators go bad on that side. I have that part available.

As they said ^^^ Alignment can be off or the regulator is bad.
Does the motor try to work?
With the interior lights on, work the switch. Do the lights dim when working the switch? If so your getting power to the motor. If your getting power to the motor, I'd pull the motor out, leave it connected and try the switch. If the motor works you may have either an alignment issue, bad regulator or the motor is not engaged properly.
