If your looking to increase the fluid capacity then you need to go with an aftermarket aluminum pan. All the ones I've seen have a drain plug. If your just looking for a pan with a drain plug you can, take Impalaslayer up on his offer, try and find a U-Haul / E350 pan, take yours off and get it modified.
