Headlights being strange

Just wondering if anybody has any thoughts on this. I drive with the light switch "off". Once in awhile I'll notice that the headlights have turned themselves on and won't shut off until you shut off the car. I've read the LCM posts and this doesn't line up with the normal complaints of the lights going off and on randomly. Sometimes when I go to turn on the parking lights the headlights come on with them. Is this in the switch itself or is this a variation of the LCM failure. Any input would be appreciated.

ive had the same problem. 6months later the lcm needs to be fixed. i think its the begining to the problem. the lcm slowly gets worse,

Yup, sounds like it's prolly the LCM.
