Idle high and shift issue

I have had an issue the last 2 days with the shift from 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd. On easy acceleration from stop RMPs go to 3 grand b4 shift to 2nd. Same from 2nd to third. also have high idle just above 1 grand.

Also yesterday was out of Over Drive at about 40MPH and the car was shifting rapidly from what felt like 3rd to OD.

Does this sound like an airflow issue? MAF Sensor maybe.

No check engine lite on.

No recent mods. Have K&N air intake. Superchip program. and Flow master exhaust.

No recent changes? No tune added, changed? Trans oil level ok? Yes, check maf sensor connector and maybe even spray some maf cleaner on it.
