What's wrong with the K&N? If you've already got it installed on your car, you may as well keep it rather than switch to a JLT, not much difference to be had.

Understood, but the OEM airbox flows pretty well, and with a K&N filter, he's going to get an improvement over stock.

Just saying that if he's gonna spend money on mods, try to get the most bang for the buck.

If it was me, I'd go for a tune first, then gears, then maybe add a CAI, but IMO, that's not gonna give him much over his current set-up.

I may be wrong, but I'll bet he's looking at less than a 10 hp gain.

yea you got a point. but for right now im doing what i can on the cheap. if i can sell the stock intake for 125 or so all i need to do is dish out 25 for the JLT for 10hp other then 350 for a tune of 20hp

Is it your looking for the intake tub, heat shield, band clamps and couplers, but not the filter?
and maf. i do need a filter but if not can get one anywhere

Stock maf will work with the jlt.
