Does anyone who has take their pedals apart know the specs on the plastic gear that breaks? If so may i have the O.D., # of splines, I.D.(if there is one), and thickness at splines and at center. There are a buncha steel mills, fab shops, welding shops where i am. there is even a place that can make customized bolts at your request so i can probably get this done and maybe help out the MM community.

If anyone can help me out it would be great. I know there are some of you that have replaced your assembly or just completely disabled the adjustment mech.. Help me help you. I would perfer not to have to either dis and reassemble my entire assembly twice, or have my car out of comission until the fabbing is done. Actually, if someone hase this sprocket laying around you can just throw it in an envelope and mail it to me. I will give you the $1 for postage. Thank you

As far as I know no one has figured out the gear needed to fix the adjustable pedals. If your machine guy can fab up the gears that break I'd bet you could sell everyone on the site a few.

i just unhooked the cable connecting to the brake adjuster and moved the gas pedal back alone. This works for me as i do a lot of long distance traveling. feel awkward in the city with all of the trafic light, but its comfortable on long trips.
