check the ride height sensor, they've been known to fall off or change position

Turn off the air suspension in the meantime.

Last week when I was at the track I noticed some tears on at least one of my air bags. Anyone know where to get just new air bags?

Got brand new OEM ones with solenoids for $90 each on eBay about a month ago. They were listed for the town car and the guy had several sets. I posted the link recently but have a hard time searching from my phone.

Price went up to $98 each but here is the Ebay link: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Lincoln-TC-90-08-Firestone-Rear-Air-Spring-Bag-OEM-_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQfitsZModelQ 3aTownQ20CarQ7cMakeQ3aLincolnQ QhashZitem231066803eQQitemZ150 599008318QQptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fT ruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories

Did you change them out yourself?

Ya, it's a piece of cake. Took about an hour but that was moving fairly slowly, could probably do it in about 30 if I was motivated. I'll try to download instructions from the shop manual and post them tonight.

That would be great if you could, thanks!

I think I will go ahead and replace mine before one or both totally goes. I've been noticing more often every time I get in the car the air bags inflate. I know the pump works because it inflates them right up quickly.

Going to have to email you doc, being a pain in getting images and text over. Plus the doc is like 16 pages long. I don't have a pdf creator at home but will be at work tomorrow and can make a small file.
