Intermitent Rear Window?

So I am meeting a guy today to look at and possibly by an 03 300A. The only problem with the car that he states is the right rear window when hot out goes down really really slow. He says it comes back up quick and comes up every time, but sometimes doesn't want to go down, or goes down really slow.

I know all about the windows going up being slow and being typical ford, however going down slow is a first... Thoughts?

Lube the track, first. If worse comes to worse, it could be the motor or regulator.

Ask Brian said, could be just a lube job on the track & regulator or the regulator and tracks need to be aligned. You may also have a switch going bad.
