The correlation between the two, I recently found out, is that a wet dryer sheet will remove water spot from glass, mirrors, polished pieces and probably any hard service with little work or clean up.

Of course many of you probably know that already.

The water in my area is so contaminated with impurities that water spots are a way of life and if you don't get the car, glass or mirrors wiped down fast enough, then your incensed.

This will come in handy to clean up our cars. Thanks again!

I'll have to try that also. My Taurus has like a perminate water stain look on the glass that I have racked my brain on for a year or so now. I've even tried clay baring the glass.

Are you using a new or used dryer sheet?

Another use for those sheets is cleaning soapscum off of glass shower doors. Works like a charm, scrub it down with a wet dryer sheet, rinse with water and you are good to go

Yes, that's another good application. Makes little difference, so I'm told, whether the dryer sheet is new or used.

baking soda is also good for water spots. you make a paste and scrub it in ,but you have to do it more then once and it's a big mess. i'll have to try the sheets.
