Today I notice that when I turn on the a/c the air switches from low to high continuously. It does this like 6 times right behind each other. Then it smooths out and blows at a constant flow. Anyone have an idea what's causing this problem?

Could be either the blower control module or a circuit board issue in the EATC. I had a problem where fan wouldn't come off high speed, or shut off at all, and it was the EATC.
