YAY!
Go out to start the car (while its raining like hell) to leave my mom's place and all sorts of random clicking and flashing. Figuring someone had wired my car to exploded I held my breath. When I realized it wasn't rigged to blow I popped the hood and noticed under the red cover the positive terminal had a TON of corrosion. DAMN IT! I usually catch this stuff. It was so bad I went to scrape/clean it and the damn thing broke off.
So, we jump started the car and I drove it home on the alt.
I picked up new terminals and will repair it tomorrow.
My main question is this.
Anyone still running their factory battery? I may change it out tomorrow too.

The OEM batterys are known to last for a long time, just like our cars.

I got 3 years out of my original battery. One year out of the replacement. The current one I have is giving me no issues(Not OEM.)

Yup, its dead.
I just spent 2 hours re-wiring since the OEM terminal clamps literally crumbled off. Thanks Ford for leaving 0 slack or extra wiring.
New clamps on and its still wigging out. RIP factory battery at 7 years.
