Sitting under an overpass between Chattanooga and Knoxville on I-75N was a clearly marked yet clearly Marauder Sheriff Dept car. He didn't pull out of his spot so I didn't get a clear look at dept.

Wow, can't be that many left actually being used as patrol units. I mean I've seen CVPIs go 150K, but they were pretty beat by then and only used if absolutely necessary. Hate to see a Marauder in that condition, but its one more down, making civilian MMs in good condition even more rare.

small town pd dont put nearly the miles on there cars that big city pd do, so it may be possible some 04s are in service in mayberry where you can stand on the hood and address the entire town!

Ya, they deliver warrants here, stand guard at the courthouses, that type stuff. Still dangerous, don't get me wrong, but not much driving around type duty.

I saw him 2 years ago heading up to Gatlingburg. Nice set up.

My MM was the sheriff's of the county below mine. It was his department vehicle. Just glad he actually took care of it.

Considering I was in my Expedition with a trailer and ATV, my speed was high enough. Next time I go through there, I will in the wife's car but I'm not pressing my luck as I've got 3 stops in 4 months with 2 written warnings. :drive:

I'm running it safely for a while...
