DTR's getting rarer by the day, ouch.

I would say a Marauder is getting rarer by the day. They have 5 up for auction and 1 maybe 2 can be worth repairing.

My God! What hit the black O3 in Texas?
As for the DTR in Sacramento, what CAI (or HAI as musclemerc would say) does it have on it? It looks all shiney ...

Yeah, that's kooky looking. I see it has the Mustang Idler pulley on it also.

just wondering if anyone has actually purchased from copart before from my understanding gen public cannont place bids on cars unless you have a dealer license. you have to pay a third party broker a few hundred to place bids for you. has anyone had luck with this before?
also what is the cheapest way to ship an undrivable marauder?

Clay,
That Blue one on Long Island Looks like it might be worth a look. I wish I had a little more time before the sale, which is tomorrow the 18th. It also has a dark flint interior.
Make me wonder if there is any frame damage, as the rear end seems to be pushed over a little. If there was no frame damage, I have a 09 P71 hub to hub rear end I was
looking to sell. But I could use it on this car. the body damage looks repairable.
Maybe 5K worth, would need a rear door any CV could get that. don't know if the
door panel is damaged. Could get that as well. The top bid is $825 the car has less than 90K miles on it. Engine is clean. It is all about timing. Oh well.
A day late, but not a dollar short. I just don't have the time to get there
before the sale.

The DTR in Cali with no guage cluster looks like an easy fix.....if it has an engine and trans....front looks a little high, makes me think there isnt an engine. The spray painted body is easy....I can do that in about 5 hours.

They were rare enough to begin with; figure some have been totalled, some have been "modded" into oblivion, some have been 22 inch wheel/purple metalflake painted, others have just had the crap driven out of them. Id bet there are less than 4-5 thousand left, of that maybe half are still decent.

I wish I could get SS checks for being an adult baby, I'd buy property somewhere's and gather up all the smashed Marauders and stockpile parts.
