I now have my chrome valve covers installed, and hope to
get my coil covers chromed shortly. You can see them here

The photos just don't show up well. Not enough light. We have heavy clouds and temps of close to 80 and I only have the flash on my small camera. I plan to post them again after the coil cover install and maybe then the sun will be shining.
Next on the list is Billatpro and I am waiting to hear from him to see if he still wants my original covers. If not then Jim from Shreveport is next with the Sarge after him.

Very nice, so, who did the work and how much does it cost?

Thanks Sarge,
$300.00 at the chrome shop (show chrome) and $210.00 + gaskets at Logan's Eagle Lincoln Mercury. I am sure prices will vary. I had the dealer do the install since it was much more involved than screwing a set on a small block Chevy. Evidently it entails dropping the cross member and lowering the engine. The coil covers look pretty straightforward so I'll handle them.
Do you know what is involved in R&R the upper intake?
Think an old "mouse motor" wrench can handle it?

I have not pulled an intake myself, but I have watched dealer wrenches at play. No mystery as far as I could see.

Hey, I guess I'm the only one here who can appreciate the quick drop of the resale value of a Marauder. I can't wait till I get into college...I'm buyin one the second I have enough $$$.

Very Nice! I kinda like the coil covers black, it's a nice contrast!
I remember when I had my valve covers changed,.. it was no joke! Glad I didn't do the work! lol The cross member and engine mounts had to be lowered like Rumble said.
Anyway,.. they look great!

Very nice. I think I'd put a good coat of paste wax on them for protection
