My inspiration for changing the upper control arms and shocks were the ROTTED OEM UPPER BALL JOINT BOOTS!!!!:argue::mad2:
Other than having to do the front job twice to install the shock over travel hickeys the job wasn't bad but I SWEAR I CANNOT TELL ANY DIFFERENCE IN THE RIDE??:eek:
227,000 miles on the OEM shocks and the ball joints were fine too....just rotten boots!!!:rolleyes:
An observation I made the other day......in 227K miles and 7.5 years I have burned approximately $35,000 worth of gasoline in the car!!:bandit: Funny thing is that's about the sticker price of the car in 2003!!!!:confused::cool:
Simply stated......the BEST car I've ever owned!!! :bows:
