Tappity squeal noise when cold...what does it mean?

I'd be surprised if it were anything serious but, I want to rectify it so ABP on the fix please....it makes this noise when you start it and run it cold but it goes away when the car gets up to operational temperature - thoughts?

Squeal - belts, pullies, ac compressor, ps pump.
Tappedty - oil starved cams or head problems. Hopefully it isnt that or something worse.
