When are you planning to be at Carlisle 2011?

I plan on arriving about 11:00 AM on Friday and staying until 12:00 Noon on Sunday. I'll be at the Hampton Inn.

Ill be there Friday Morning to make sure all our stuff is there and then probably leave about 3pm to go check in at the hotel. Saturday Ill be there bright and early in the morning for the festivities and to set everything up.

Dont drive yourself crazy Ray, Its going to get full of bugs on the drive up so may as well run it through a car wash and go from there. I plan to wash it early Saturday morning as usual.

The wash station is on the left as you enter the showfield. I think it has two or three stations/wash pads.

There also is a car wash at the Sheetz gas station at 1098 Harrisburg Pike
Carlisle, PA 17013-1615. Phone (717) 258-1260. This is on Route 11 at Harmony Hall Road (about 3/4 mile west of I-76 Pennsylvania Turnpike.

Another car wash is the Triangle Car Wash at 6465 Carlisle Pike
Mechanicsburg, PA 17050-2385. Phone: (717) 697-9665. This one is on Route 11 about 500 feet past Sample Bridge Road (and about 1 mile east of DaVinci's Italian Restaurant where we are eating on Saturday.)

Just remember that there will be about 2,500 to 3,000 cars at the show. Demand will be high.
