no cruise controls on P71

Same reason they have a basic AM/FM radio(no tape/CD) and the manual climate control, $$$$....

yeah lots have cruise, but lots also don't. All of mine (93,97, 98, 99, 00, 01 Police Interceptors I have had) had cruise. Some cities don't though because it saves money and doesn't really have a purpose for city patrol. Most highway cars do though.
