....spotted you this evening. I was sitting at a red light 2 lights away from the airport in Norfolk, you were sitting at a redlight off to my right. I honked. You didn't reply. I haz a sad. :(

It was black, the guy is local, don't know about the tags. He posted here last time someone spotted him. Hell, even Merc has spotted him here, lol.
