Ok I know this may sound trivial, but I'm asking.
If I wash my car, then put the cover on while it's wet...is that fine? It's an outdoor cover so it does breath. I'm not concerned with waterspots, as I'll just wash it when it comes back out again.
This is fine right?
Thanks fellas.

Probably wouldn't hurt but why not get a water blade and have it dry in only a few minutes?
Then cover it up and call it a day.
;)

Do you have a leaf blower? Just can't see covering a wet car.

It's just that I have to get it out of the garage today, and it's supposed to rain all day, and I won't be able to dry the car properly - unless I get a lucky break in the weather. Don't want to put the cover on over the dust (and crap) on the car.
I want to cover it as all the trees are dropping their spring "junk".
Just wasn't sure if its a problem or not.

I use the Noah cover from Califorina car covers:)

Also they have the water blade (sometimes call a jelly blade)
Whrn you cover the car it need to clean & dry. It can get wet once it's under the Noah cover.

Wait until the weather allows you to dry off your car, or purchase some quality microfiber drying towels to wash and dry your Marauder in the garage.
It's pointless to wash a car and then let it "air dry". Water spots are not your friend.

I hate my life. I have no garage I only have a good car cover that will vary lighty let in rain if it rains hard. And a tent that will only cover most of the car the rest I have to cover. I feel that if I keep on taking off the cover and puting it back on It will make spider web marks and scratch's

There are large covers on poles that you can buy to make it like a car port, so to speak.....
