Will I gain more low end torque or lose low end torque with aftermarket mufflers? I picked up two stainless steel magnaflows 2.5 inlet 2.5 outlet by 14" in length just the case.Found them on Craigslist brand new in the box still shrinkwrapped in the plastic.120.00 bucks for the pair.

Neither.
Will gain more noise, though.
If you want to make any significant changes to HP/TRQ via exhaust, you'll want to couple those mufflers up with headers, high flow cats, and a 2.5" mid-pipe.
Just out of curiousity, have you had your car tuned yet?

Agreed, headers and x-pipe will be the power producers. The change in mufflers only will be sound and possible throttle response.

That doesn't sound like a bad price for a pair of new Magnaflows though, if you like that tone...
