I bought a cooling mod kit from DR that requires 3/8 nipplle thing to be welded into my crossover tube. My car is my daily driver. I'm having trouble coordinating taking my crossover tube off bringing it to a machine shop for the welding and then putting it all back together. With my current schedule that's a 3 day job. I'd rather cut the upper radiator hose and use a tee like the old kit and do it all in a afternoon. Anybody know where I could get a tee that I could splice into the upper radiator hose? Thanks

Splice it into the heater hoses instead.

This was the way the old Evenflo kit was designed, IIRC.

The reason why I did this is so you do not have to cut the upper radiator hose I have a brazing Rod I can send you so you can do this at home with map gas

Blazen71 you have email. Denis I realize that's why you made the change to the kit and you were very clear about that when I ordered it. Thank you for the offer and thank you for the advice you gave when I purchased it you were very helpful.

No problem. I keep all my old and/or unused parts around for a reason! There has been quite a few members here who have done the same for me. Everyone I've dealt with here has been 100% trustworthy and honest.
