10K's prolly on the bottom end for a really clean MM, also, NJ is not that big a state, may have to travel a bit to find a nice one.

Might want to look for a Southern MM.
Less rust and corrosion issues.

I just returned from Alton (Danville) Virginia. There were no MM's for sale for under 12K, and they had some damage from reckless driving. They had a car corral at the SAAC weekend and a few MM's were on the block. Three of us were racing (probably how the damage got on the others).
