Don't forget your Showfield Sticker and your registration letter that came in the mail.

Recommend putting your sticker on the upper side of the driver's windshield BEFORE you arrive at the Carlisle gate. This will prevent any unnecessary delay in getting in. If you are displaying the sticker, you will be immediately directed to the proper place on the showfield by the event traffic directors.

Don't forget your registration letter .... you'll need that to pick up your goody bag, event directory and voting ballot for the show. Mine is already over my visor so I won't forget it.

Good reminder Charlie. I'd also bring my folding chairs, sunglasses, hat, and a cooler with ice, cold drinks and hot dogs or burgers to put on the grill. A boombox, extention cord and CD's would also be nice if you have them. We still hope to see you all for the day on Sat. We do have an issue with a sick dog but we hope for the best...

We have 5 tables this year. 3 of them are for the BBQ and food preperation, one is for Tommy of Sparta performance. He has some Marauder related items for sale or you can put in orders with him at a event discounted price. He also has a banner that seconds as a car cover so he'll be hard to miss.
The last table is for me, the trophies, 50/50 , part raffle items, and T-shirts will be setup there. Just come by and I'll have your shirt order bundled up ready to go. MM.net also provided Dash plaques again this year so also come find me for one of those as well.

Tommy is raffling off a watts link this year and all proceeds of the 50/50 raffle will go towards MV9 in Hershey this year. :banana:

I find with Francisco and Chad also going this year it is a lot harder doing the planing for the trip.

Dog toys, poo poo bags, dog food grooming tools and more.

Francisco is like what if this happens or we need this.

Besides, last week, I had to cut out a little early for the SAAC weekend in Virginia. I was ahead of schedule for 10 minutes. Then I got on the NJ Turnpike. That is a toll parking lot which accepts E-Z-Pass.
