Bad acceleration or TC

Hi to every one in last couple of months I started feel my acceleration start go down day by day I feel the trans respond and shifting getting weak
Is the torque converter has a connection
Cause i read some reports say when the tc goes down or almost.broken do those staff
There is a sound came from the tc
Now I don't know what I will doing did I must change the tc or what excaclty i must doing
Can u please tell me what the signs of almost broken tc and if the tc broken is there any harm to the trans or the clutch or any parts of the trans cause i don't want pay for any other damage

Days before I blew my transmission, it was shifting extremely weak. It was something similar to if you were to feather the clutch between shifts in a manual, it wasn't snappy at all.

If your car is doing that, it could be a sign that that is coming.

Has the tranny ever been serviced?

The cheapest thing to do is drop the pan, replace the filter, drain and replace all the fluid, refill with Mercron V ONLY!

If you see any junk, small bits etc. in the pan don't bother doing anything else since your tranny is on it's way out & you'll need a rebuild.

Yeah my trans like this specialy the shifting between 2-3 &3-4

So when the trans blew what the parts broken the tc or clutches

The stub shaft in the transmission sheared itself apart in mine. I didn't have any other indicators of broken parts....

I couldn't confidently tell you that that's what's wrong with yours though, it could definitely be a lot of things.

could also be bad gas or a plugged fuel or air filter. maybe the fuel pump is weak.
