Calling all cars!!!

My buddy who's the sales manager at Tysons Ford (8201 Leesburg Pike Vienna VA 22182) told me about their annual Ford and Harley carshow. He called me because he really likes my Marauder and asked if I could bring it to the show so I thought I could do one better and try to bring a few Marauders. Let me know if anyone is interested in attending, I think it would be cool to have a Trilogy car there so all the Cobra boys can sweat!

The show is Sunday June 12 10AM-3PM open to all Fords, Harleys and anything cool. There will be free food, raffles, prizes, a live band and best of all Vaughn Gittin Jr will be there drifting his Mustang in the back lot!

We're trying to get my 68 Cougar down to his shop in Fredericksburg, Va. Long story short, I'm keeping my weekend wide open so if anything potentially comes out of left field, we'll be ready. Although if it rains, I will be driving to Congressional in my Cadillac, which does not really fit into either the Ford or Harley category, so I am not sure I will be heading to the show afterward.

Well I sure feel stupid. :o I decided on the spur of the moment this morning to surprise the gang. I was the one who was surprised. The car show is TOMORROW. :o Should have checked the dates closer. Most car shows are on a SATURDAY. :confused:

Not much chance that I will be able to make that 60 mile run again tomorrow. So have a good time gang. :(

Be sure to try and get there early. From what I saw today, there really isn't much space for a big show. If they get 50-75 cars in there, it'll be pretty tight IMHO.

It was a really nice drive over to Tyson's ... sure better than during the week. $8.00 worth of gas up in exhaust. But I did enjoy the 1.5 hours cruising in the Marauder so it wasn't a complete loss.

Well wish I could make it tomorrow but I am completely beat. Finally got my 68 Cougar down to Fredericksburg today, but not without a lot of headache. I just got back into Purcellville now and my fiancee and I are meeting up with a realtor tomorrow to look at some houses to buy. I am looking forward to meeting up with everyone in the near future!
