Sounds like the control arm bushings wearing out...had same issues with my 1999 P71.
The terrible/erry squeeks when going over speed bumps & people in the area looking at your car & giving the frown.

Check the sway bar links.
Ok thanks ... Could it be sway bar bushings also???

Swat bar end links, sway bar bushings, control arm bushings, hood.
Hood??? You ask?
Try pulling the hood release when you hear the noise. If it stops you need to adjust your hood and maybe add some rubber bumpers.

Don't rule out the possibility of it being the hood squeak, adjust the knobs in the front of the engine compartment to tighten/close any gap that might be there.
What he said ^^^ didnt see this first...lol.

Mine was the hook squeak, adjusted it and it stopped.

Lots of info on this site regarding squeaks. Most resolved with hood adjustments and the addition of hood bumpers for some. Check the search engine for more info.
