Maybe bad valve cover gasket(s)?

What do you mean by "oil"? Drippy or black/crusty?

black oil ...

Sounds like a bad valve cover gasket, so the oil is leaking down and fouling the COP.

Guessing.....

Oil outside of the plugs - bad gasket(s) in the plug wells of the cam covers.

Oil inside the plug - bad valve stem seal(s) or ring(s)

+1, There are rubber donuts (for lack of a better word) that go on the bottom of the plug wells. If there is oil in the plug well, that means the one for that cyl is leaking.
If you pulled the plug and it has oil and you have no power, I would say the rings are bad and you have low compression.

i think this is what we have

low compression

do you know the part # for these rings?

You do realize that the rings Blackened300a is talking about are piston rings and requires the engine to be taken out and disassembled......

Part numbers will do you no good until you get the engine out and apart to see what you need to do.

Do a compression & leak down test.

I had this problem on a Ford Taurus sho. It ended up being the valve cover gaskets, but I do a compression test to be sure

Gasket or bad rings
