Bigcars4ever made me a bracket to bolt right on to the two bolts that hold our cd changer in and another for the other side of the trunk to mount the resistors for my LED tail lights. Bigcars4ever will post the pictures for me. I also included a few pictures of the LEDs I install in my car. There is a previous thread for all the part numbers for LEDs for our car I came up with. FastBlackMerc probably has a list as well. Hope this helps you guys. Also i still am going to install a LED board behind the red reflector on the front doors in the near future.

or you could also install an electronic flasher. no resistors needed and fixes the fast flash issue. splice into the lcm harness (2 wires) and that's it

I believe adding another flasher would interfere with the flasher built into the LCM.

Take a Red sharpie and color both sides of the orange gear indicator.

no, you cut the wire from the harness and wire in the electronic flasher

http://www.crownvic.net/drock96marquis/LCMflasherbypass.htm

take a look at the link, you cut the wire at the harness and connect it to the flasher, this way it bypasses the lcm without causing any issues at all

It's really just a lot easier to wire in the 6ohm 50watt resistor when switching to LED turn signals.

How is that easier? Wireing 4 resistors versus one flasher that costs $7. Not to mention avoiding the heat the resistor creates

I guess.......

Thanks Chris. You know Landy, son, they still have Lil Mofo available at the tag place.lol. BC4ever made the brackets out of aluminum and placed them out of the way with plenty of room to dissipate the heat the resistors create. I know the pictures are bad. I should have taken them before the install too.
