I know the owner of the shop personally so I thought I throw this out there for him. Cookout, burnout contest (hint hint DOOM), some giveaways (free dyno pulls and other goodies). I'll be going to show my support.

About WMS (From 2008)
Just wanted to give anyone interested an idea of what WMS is all about and about our background.
I myself have been an ASE Master certified technician for over 20 years and been involved in the automotive industry since I was 18 years old. My specialty was in electronics and driveability concerns. I was the guy that fixed what other shops couldnt or wouldnt and I still do that to this day.
I have been doing true custom tuning since 2004 using custom tuning software from SCT and now with Diablosport. WMS was the first Lightning tuner to use the SCT Advantage 3 software and were given that software at the very first advanced training class at SCT's headquarters back in 2004. I am also a very proud member of a tuning forum that is invite only by the top tuners in the country. Some of its members include Jerry W and Greg Banish who is an OEM calibrator.
Debbie has been in the service industry for 20 years. She has tons of experience in customer service and knows how to properly run a business in a professional and caring manner, always holding the customers needs high above anything else.
Back in 2001 I purchased my first Lightning and began modding it. I became a distributor for several companies along the way and formed JJ's SVT Performance. After moving to Woodbine MD I changed the name of the business to Woodbine Motorsports. We have always been our own company and never an "offshoot" of anyone elses business. I am proud to be able to distribute other companies quality products and to this day the list of companies that we distribute for is getting longer. We associate ourselves with companies that treat the customer and community with the same high level of service and support that we are famous for. Some examples are;
Metco Motorsports
Whipple Industries
Fore Precision
SCT
Diablosport
Maximum Motorsports
Punisher transmission products
Over the years we developed our own line of suspension products along with our own engine program that has been very successful. We also have developed inlet systems for the larger superchargers on the market and continue to branch out into other areas where we feel its needed.
In a few short years we have been in magazine shootouts, have had customers rides featured in magazines and have appeared on Pinks All Out at MIR in 2007. We have also been voted number one in customer satisfaction for the past 4 years running. We appreciate everyones support, customer or not and look forward to serving the performance communities needs for years to come. :
Thanks everyone, if there is anything we can do for you, please dont hesitate to call.

I'm down to meet up.
12706 Frederick Rd, West Friendship, MD 21794 @ 10:30am?
At the intersection of Rt 144/Frederick Rd and Rt 32 there is a Highs store (gas station) with a small parking lot behind it. I could meet you guys there and then cruise right up to the shop.
DOOM, would be easy cause you can come right up 32.
F8LBITEVA, if you take 95 North to Rt. 32 towards Clarksville (West). If you want to meet up with DOOM then you guys can just follow eachother or something to the meet spot.
So what time does the burnout contest start???

I think im just gonna cruise up there from the 270 side. Ill see you guys up there.

Yeah I forgot you're west of DC so that would make sense to take 270 then. Just watch for cops on 270 though.
DOOM, did you still want to meet?

So I'am confused you have done custom tunes since 2001 ?
Worked with SCT & Diablo. Have been invited as selected tuners.
Why would you have two other shops tune your car as shown on your signiture Excessive Motorsports & Reinhart ?

What are you talking about?
The quote in the first post is by Joseph Jones owner/tuner of Woodbine Motorsports. It has nothing to do with me, I just posted a little background info on him and his shop.

That's not his arm!
Well take some pics of the smoke shows for us to look at, and any nice cars of course:beer:.

Why hasn't Woodbine tuned your car?
Because I got a deal at Excessive and if DOOM was happy with them then they must do good work or provide good service in which they did. Woodbine has never tuned a Marauder to my knowledge so I wasn't going to be a geniua pig cause at the time my car was a DD. Who knows I may have them tune my car down the road one day.

For anyone wanting to bring chips, soda, cold salads, frozen burgers, hot dogs, buns are all welcomed. This won't be a huge meet but not small either. 25-35 people maybe? Could be a few more. I'm just waiting to hear back what all is already going to be brought and what extra stuff is needed.
I talked to the shop owner and he said all the main food stuff is covered, they are having hamburgers, hot dogs and shrimp. If anyone wants to bring stuff he said bring your drink of choice and a side dish if you want.

I wont be there until between 12-2pm. I just got back from Pittsburgh for work and can barely even type this so I need a some sleep.
The shop owner sent me this msg
Parking at this event will be handled by my helper Marlin but if you dont see him for some reason please be advised of the following. If you have a vehicle that you want on the show field then park in the backyard, if you have something else just find a spot in the front or side of the house/shop and dont be affraid to park on the grass.

Things I learned today:
1. All you can eat crabs and shrimp and beer beat the Chineese chickens I brought.
2. There is enough room under the new Boss 302 intake manifold to roast a turkey.
3. Filling up the tires was worth 220 extra hp on the dyno, 447hp before 667 after on a Lightning truck.
Driving in on Rt.94 I saw S&W Sea Food Distributor on the left and thought hmmm maybe I should stop in, and the crabs at the party had S&W stamped on the side of the box. I approve. Next year maybe we add a pig????

Stock GT500, not sure if it was 2010 or 2011 model but the factory speed limiter is 147mph in 5th gear which is 1 to 1 as we learned.

A turbo GT supercar motor stuffed into a Lightnight. The owner drove it up from Miami, stopped by for the cookout and was then heading up to CT afterwards. I'd have to say that's pretty reliable to me.

Probably N40GL .... although he didn't have that hood scoop the last time I saw him. Or Merc, if he came out of DC.
