Lol. Ohh you don't need a tune for exhaust work. Wax 2 3 months. Don't use automatic washes. Claybar before you wax. And I don't think you need a tune for pulleys. Dealer aka stealer

If you open up your exhaust, prolly a good idea to get retuned, as the engine will run leaner.
U/D pulleys will cause the alternator to run slower at idle, so you'll need to bump the idle up in your tune.
I usually clay bar once a year.
Croftgate Multi-Clean is good for removing road grime, I use their tire shine as well. Also, use Croftgate wash 'n wax, Aquanil-X, and Quick 'n Slick and you'll never have to wax again.
MODE switch is either "on" or "off."
I've always used OEM anti-freeze, can't haelp you out on that one.
If you think the cost for a trunk organizer is high, try and buy an overhead console; they're close to a grand.
The issue with the O/D is a forced downshift from 4th to 2nd, the O/D band is a weak link in the transmission, but over 80 mph you'd have to floor it to get it to downshift lower than 3rd, so I don't think that'll be an issue for you.

I highly recommend Armor All's "Ultra Shine Tire Foam Protectant". You spray it on your tires and let it sit for 5min. No washing, wiping, ect. Just spray and wait...I was very impressed with it!

I usually clay bar once a year.
I do a claybar treatment in the Spring (before Carlisle) and again in the Fall (before Marauderville). Follow that up with a good wax and ICE treatment each time. Claybar removes impurities and oxidation. Depending on where and how your car lives when it is parked, the time between claybars is variable. My sees alot of outside time, so twice a year seems good. Maybe less if it only sees weekend action and lives in the garage. Here's a rule of thumb: Whenever your "shine" doesn't feel smooth and slick as a baby's azz, its time for a clay bar. :D If you don't have a baby's azz nearby or an azz of similar texture for comparison, just throw a microfiber towel on the hood. If it slides off easily, you're good.

I feel robbed, the dang compass doesn't really have any modes.
So, what you're saying is if you kick it into 3rd (by pushing the button) than there is less stress on the trans when getting on it. Right?

When i install my chin spoiler will i be able to go through automatic car washes?....
A - Yes, but I never take mine thru one.
If i get a mid-pipe section fabricated will i need a new tune?.....
A - Maybe
I clay bar'd my car a few weeks ago... how aften am i supposed to do that?....
A - When the surface feels rough. You can test it putting you finger in a plastic sandwich bag and rubbing it on the surface. If you can feel bumps then you need to claybar.
If i get under drive pullies will i need a new tune also?.....
A - Maybe. You might have to increase the idle speed by 200RPM.
Whats the best tire shine?.....
A - Something you can put on by hand. I don't like to have to clean the wheels again after I use a spray on the tires.
I have a 03' MM would it do me any justice to switch from the green to the orange antifreeze?....
A - Use any antifreeze as long as it meets Ford spec listed in the owners manual.
On my compass (on the over head console there is a "MODE" button).... are the only two modes either showing what direction u going... and off?.... or is mine messed up?......
A - No, MODE is either On or Off.
Whats the best cleaner to get road grime off the car?....
A - Car wash, sheepskin mitt, elbow grease and water.
Why the hell is the trunk organizer from ford almost $300?....
A - Because they can sell them for that much.
How often am i supposed to wax the car?....
A - Depends on weather, the quality of wax applied, how the car is stored, etc.
I understand that ur supposed to cut the overdrive off when u mash out (mash out = pedal to the floor)... at what speed is it pointless to cut the overdrive off?..... if im already at 80mph do i still need to cut it off?....
A- Your supposed to take off O/D so the tranny doesn't down shift to 2nd gear resulting in too much wear-n-tear on the internal parts.

That's what I've always been told. O/D is a weak link in the tranny.

My MM is a black 300a and I wax once a month because it also depends on how much you wash your car. I wash mine about twice a week so the wax is more prone to wear out.
I flushed my radiator and engine block and it had the orange in it. When I refilled it I just filled it with the universal mix all antifreeze and I have not had a problem yet. There is a site that tells you how to fill the 4.6 DOHC with a crossover tube and I can't think if what site it is. Have the car on a slight uphill angle and always fill at the crossover tube not the overflow tank because the tube is higher and that is where the air bubbles will go to.
I prefer Meguiar's Hot Shine spray even though I gotta wipe off the wheels when I'm done. Just let the shine set for a few minutes.
A tune after a mod can never hurt anything. Will help you benefit from the upgrade if anything, especially after UDP's.
If you get a good chin spoiler that has metal fasteners then an automatic car wash wont hurt it but I don't recommend it because they do not get the car clean just make lines in the dirt from the water jets. Always wash by hand makes you feel better.
Trunk organizer? What's that? I just throw my cleaning supplies in a bucket in the trunk lol. Pretty soon I will have a custom stereo but nothing too big.
And always remember...BLACK IS SEXY!!! (sorry Chuck)

I would add that you want flip O/D off before you mash (Most times I am out of the gas entirely). Even @ 30-50mph.

For sure! IMO, this is prolly the range where most of the issues can occur, as you're up into the power band pretty good when you nail it.

So that applies to drag racing also? O/D off?
So that applies to drag racing also? O/D off?
Yep. You will run out of dragstrip before you run out of speedometer.

When you drag race:
A/C off - don't want water on the track.
Traction Control Off
Car in Drive
O/D Off

Check junkyards for a used trunk organizer. As they fit Marauder's, Crown Vic's and Grand Marquis and possibly Town Cars you shouldn't have to much trouble finding one for way less than dealer coin.
