The Next Major Marauder Event for 2011
Mark your calendars now for 12-16 October 2011 for the Ninth Annual “Marauderville” (MV9) or MV IX if you prefer, to be held in the Hershey/Harrisburg, PA area. That’s right. This will be the 9th time that Marauderers from all over the country find time to gather in one place, make new friends, see old friends, put faces to screennames, and just have a plain old good time for several days of fun and activities … all centered around a car that we have all come to love and appreciate.
Now that the 2011 Carlisle All Ford Nationals are over, its time to start leaning forward in anticipation of what is likely to be the feature event for the year. The MV IX concept was concieved at the close of MV8 by Ms. Denmark. The planning team is headed by Blackened300a & Papillon, Ms. Denmark & Mr. Man, Hammerdown & Fordfrk, and Haggis & Ladyhawke. They are all working on this one as a team and contributing much effort to coordinate an event to remember. You don’t want to miss it.
If you have been sitting at your keyboard watching these events unfold …. Seeing the photos posted …. And hearing the comments, stories being told, and memories relived. But, just haven’t been able to make the decision to attend. Here’s your chance. Just Do It !!! Be a part of the fun.
As others will attest, the entire MercuryMarauder.Net group is friendly and welcoming. You will be accepted from the very minute that you drive into the lot.
