You were driving down I-70W, around High Hill, MO. Black MM with orangeish plates (I say they were orange with a fade into red, but Sammy says it faded into black... I think she's blind as a bat as well, but who knows...), definately out of state. For some reason I want to say I saw you heading into the St. Louis area as well on I-70E a few weeks earlier. Anyone here?
