I wonder how many of these wrecked MMs are directly attributable to lack of experience with RWD, high horsepower, and poor tire tread. The number and frequency of these pics seems to be increasing in the last couple of years.

That's like 10K worth of wheels alone. How come nobody ever wreaks an MM in the N.E. where I can go pick a part? Always seems these threads are from cars wreaked down South or in the Mid-West.

i dont understand how someone will like such a cool rare car and not have the responseabillty to take care of it and know how to drive. soon the time will come where the only mm's left will be the true mm''s owners on this site thast maybe 100 and when that happends these cars will go up twice the value

I second that, but sometimes accidents happen. I have been in multiple accidents all from people hitting me. All times I was at a complete stop.
I guess the car is attractive.

If a Marauder is high horsepower to a driver, they have not led a full life. :)

Besides the wheels no one mentioned they wanted dibbs on the floor mats. Guess I'll takem & add Fastblackmerc's heel guard to em.

Anyone know anything about these? The SB and DTR have both been in the 'new arrivals' section for a number of years. I called on them last year just to see what parts were still available, and they said they hadn't had a Marauder in their inventory for quite some time.
So I am not convinced...but if someone calls and finds out that there is a Marauder there, and they need a part off of it, I'm more than happy to hike out to Columbia Station and take a look at it.

May be worth calling to see if any parts are left:confused:

It breaks my heart to see them in the graveyard...
But, not gonna lie - if you could get back at us with some pricing for the tires (rims) and floor mats we might have to have a sit-down. Or, at least grab the center caps.
Hm. Just noticed the date at the bottom of the page. They'll likely have been thoroughly scavenged by now.

Factor in less traffic, longer straight-a-ways, higher speeds and you get...wrecks

They all have front end damage. Yahoos going too fast and not handling the power........
Plus, the stock brakes totally suck.
