Muscle Car book with 03-04 Marauder

Hi,

Back in the summer of 2004, I was heading north to Michigan from Indiana. I can't remember where I stopped, but I stopped at a little bookstore. I had not yet gotten a Marauder yet back in those days. Was still driving the 88 Crown Vic. Anyway, in this book store was a Muscle car book and there was a section near the end of the book that had the 2003 Mercury Marauder in it. I recall the driver in the picture had a race helmut on and was sitting in the driver seat. I did think about buying the book but since finances were slim back then I did not.

Anybody remember what book it was and have a mint copy for sale? Or at least be able to share up the article for all to read?

There was a thread on a book recently here that included the MM. W/in the last year anyway. PM Bluerauder as he seems to be the only one who knows how to get the search box to work. If anyone can find that thread it's him.:)

Could be. I can't so much remember the cover of the book. I just remember the picture on the page when I flipped to the Marauder. You could see that the test driver was wearing a race helmut.

If the Marauder is in that book, then yeah, I could use a copy in new to very good condition.

I have one book with our 2003-04 Marauder in it. It's titled "Ford 100 Years" by Mike Mueller. It's published by Motorbooks International, www.motorbooks.com. The ISBN number, incase you look for it on Amazon.com is ISBN 0-7603-1580-9. It's hardbound and suitable for the coffee table.
