Not sure if the CV had a passenger seat power option on any of it's models, you'd have to research that. Perhaps a different year?
It may be possible to swap out for a Grand Marquis seat but the fabrics or leather may be different colors and you would need to do some wiring and switch locating. Good luck:)

It would depend on how you did it, 6 way would be easy, 8 way would take a bit more work.

The wiring will most likely NOT be there, you will need to fabricate a harness for what ever seat track you decide to use. Power adjustment will be either 6 way with the switch on the seat or 8 way, with the switch on the door.

Good luck, done this mod on other cars, it is labor intensive.

Start with power adjustable seats from a 95 up LX or Grand Marquis LS with the power pass seat. Not too horrible to add the wiring up to the door, my 01 had a block off plate on the drivers door can't remember if the pass door was like this.

Town car seats are nice too but watch out for the Memory seats in the Signature and higher trim. Those seats are a nightmare to wire up without the memory circuits.
