Hard/Stiff Front seats?

Anyone else notice their front seats are kinda stiff, not all that soft? I realize my 03 has 80+K miles on it, but visible I don't see any real depressions or wear on the seats. However when I sit in the back seats they are soft as can be, I swore when I had my new 03 the fronts were just as soft...as I remember loving them. My current ones are ok, just not even close to as soft as the rears.

So my question is are they supposed to be, I mean it I just need a new foam piece I'll buy it and have it put in...or is it the leather drying out? I used some Leatherique 2 step on the seats, but they just seem conditioned...not soft.

My car now has 36k miles and mine are pretty firm. To me that's a good thing. When I had my '96 Impala my seats held up fine but saw many others with sinking front seats. Not cool
